Hiring Lifeguards Lifeguards have been hired, but we are always looking for additional lifeguards, to fill in during summer vacations, or when lifeguards head to college. New lifeguard applications are available online, or by calling manager Lori Anderson at 773-0506. Pool cover arriving soon The new pool cover has been delayed. We are hoping to see arrival within the next week or so, with immediate setup. The pool will not be opening right away, as we have to finish repair work on the pool first. The pool is tentatively scheduled to open during the first week of May. Check back for updates as the date gets closer. Spring Swim Team Spring team is scheduled to begin practices when the pool opens in May. Coach Sarah Eldred will be coaching Spring team, and Coach John Bright will be coaching Summer team. Spring team will run from opening-June 13, and Summer team will run June 16-August 10. There is a meet scheduled in Hood River on May 17th.
